If the active pokemon has a rainbow/prism attached to it while Darkrai EX is in play can it still retreat for free?

Since Darkrai EX has been shown I wanted to draw attention back to this question.

It does not specify "dark Basic energy", so any card attached to a Pokemon that provides Dark energy will meet the condition of the ability.
