dark engage+ power lock V.s. gengar SF

if I Dark engage my gardevoir w/ wevile and i use attack w/Psychic lock on my opponents active pokemon, does my opponent flip for fainting spell?

You're giving me information that I don't need (the Dark Engage) and leaving out information I do need (Is the defending Pokemon Gengar?)

If the Defending Pokemon is Gengar, then your opponent gets to flip for Fainting Spell.
Psychic Lock shuts off their ability to use Poke-Powers during their turn.
Fainting spell is flipped for during your turn.
