First u take out Empoleon and do Surf Together If Tails 10 damege to each of you'r beached Pokemon.
No Fear Mismagius is here with her Avenge attack with one energy you can do almost 100 or more damage or If head simply go on.

ehhh i say scrambles are NEEDED for this list. the one u wrote. i mean its oaky without but u get like a 15% more win chance. also warp poitns.

i would match your evo lines with your basic lines, then take out mom kindness for something better , even island hermit would be better cause it gives a disadvantage to plox match up and then gives u the same draw as mom's but u get another plus to look at prizes.

Isaac Ultra, claydol is needed for good draw power every turn, so, ya, u need a 2-2 line of him.

u will beat plox/magmortar if you use cessation crystal and the delta species quagsire to recover cessation crystal.

GE needs one fighting and one colorless for 40 damage. HP claydol needs phychic.
