Your thread title mentioned Hydreigon, but i didn't see him in the list. I also counted 14 pokemon and 33 T/S/S. You seem to have a 58 card deck.

Pokemon:14
3-2-3 Tyranitar Prime
2-2 Zoroark DEX
2 Darkrai Ex

T/S/S:35
4 Juniper
3 PONT
3 Pokemon Collector
3 N

4 Ultra Ball
2 Pokemon Catcher
3 Junk Arm
4 Dark Patch
2 Dark Claw
1 Super Rod
3 Rare Candy
3 Plus Power/Super Scoop Up

Energy:11
8 Dark
3 Sp. Dark

The only problems I see playing with T-tar is that it's a stage 2 and its pre-evolutions aren't dark type (i.e., fighting type), which do not help Zoroark's first attack until they evolve into T-tars.

I like to max out ultra balls in dark decks. It works better than poke-comm. in this deck because it doesn't require you to put a pokemon back into your deck and it also discards the dark energies in order for you to use dark patch.
