in play testing it has been very consistent, with a full set up by turn 3-4. when it takes to 5 to set up, ether i am having trouble getting hydregion or trouble getting energies. like i said, when i do have these troubles it only takes to turn 4 or 5 but if i can i would like to sure that up. any suggestions?

These are my suggestions.

-1 deino
-1 hydregion
-1 virizion
-1 tool scrapper

+1 professor juniper
+1 random receiver
+1 ultra ball
+1 dark energy

Also, have you tried using Bianca instead of cheren?

changes i made:
- 1 denio
- 1 hydregion
- 1 tool scrapper

+ 1 juniper
+ 1 dark energy
+ 1 random reciever

reasons: at my local club alot of boundaries crossed testing has gone on. not only that but my club has a lot of darkrai-terakion similar to all 4 regionals. virizion works as a great tech against both keldo/blastoise and anything terakion. i like the idea of adding the extra juniper and dark energy but not the ultra ball, to often i have an ultra ball i dont want to use as is. as for bianca over cheren, i generally prefer cheren over bianca but with this deck specifically i often have low hand numbers so i might have to do some testing there.
