After looking up skuntank and mandibuzz (have not seen these cards in over two year of competitive play) I can say that neither really helps sure up your kk match-up.
But don't worry, there are answers out there. One thing that I have seen that does help it ninetales (DRX) teched in. Paired with hypnotoxic laser is able to one-shot klinklangs. This means that you have to run an additional energy type in fire energy but that's not all bad as Ninetales attack only cost one fire energy! Also, you can use blend to cover both types (just can't use energy switch if you go this route). A 2-2 line is a good call as it ensure you can get the Ninetales out without clogging up your deck. Ninetales also has the added bonus of having the ability that acts as catcher when you evolve vulpix to ninetales (helps catcher klinklang). Good luck, and hope this helps.
