Bit broken. Here's my suggestions:

Mechanics: I'd bump it up to a Darkrai ex. I'll be making dual suggestions in most categories if you're not interested in doing so.

HP: I'd probably bump it up to 100 if making it a Pokémon-ex, or down to 70 or 80 if keeping it normal.

Haunt Curse: I'd drop it to 8 damage counters for a Pokémon-ex or to 5 damage counters if keeping it normal.

Shadow Body: I'd drop this power entirely. If you must keep it, only do so if making it a Pokémon-ex, and keep the prize draws.

Nightmare: I'd change the effect to the regulation TCG effect, which causes sleep. Bump damage up to 40 if making it a Pokémon-ex.

Weakness: I'd make it {F}.

Resistance: I'd make it {P} -30.

Retreat Cost: I'd make it either {C} or {C}{C}.

carrington this card was actually quite balanced aside from the 100 damage anywhere thing

First of all ex's are gone.

90 hp is perfect because it seems this card is meant to stall and it really doesn't matter because what opponent in there right mind would attack this thing

Change Nightmare text to:
Prevent all effects including damage done to your pokemon except darkrai next turn, this effect does not end if darkrai is put on the bench

change the 100 damage anywhere to 80 the effect is still there, people won't want to knock it out

I would like to say goodjob ^.^ But 10 damage counters is a bit much..

And Yes, EX's are dead, but this is create a card, so people can still be creative and make ex cards. But id rather see other things as in lv.x and normal cards..

You can't honestly expect the opponet to have any chance against this thing when you can put up to 600 damage for no reason at all, do you? Drop it down to 4 and give it a 2nd attack.
