Dates for VGC?

What's the deal for the VGC at nationals in Indianapolis this year? Have any of the dates been released yet?

Is there a qualifier this year, or is it just show up and play matches in a swiss style like the TCG?
If there is a qualifier, what day is it on?
What day does the actual tournament start?
