Delta Copy

A simple question i hope some body can answer.

One of togetics d (DF) says it can copy an opponents delta pokemon´s attack wthout its energy
cost.
Does that mean it can copy for example tyraniar ex´s attacks or latias ex d´s attacks
with only two energies.

Get me out of doughts please.

Yes, but note that if it says to discard energy as an effect of the attack (such as Latias ex's attack does), you must discard that energy if you can.
