Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Destiny

depends on your area...
if you are near jimmy, dont bother
if not, try scarmory or absol instead

HA! I can see it now...

Me: "Do you wanna cut?"
Jimmy: "Do you wanna concede?"

No one plays them, but do we need to worry about Urasing UF and/or Aggron ex?

if you play using jimmy's list, probably not
he probably already thought of a way to get rid of that
something no one will see coming, like hitmonlee uf smacking for 60 or something like that

Wouldn't Battle Frontier be an easy response to Aggron EX and Ursaring in your metagame? That just leaves Ninjask, but in my opinion he's even less viable than the first two and a cessation'd stantler or two would handle him. Even a baby pokemon/evolved basic tech would work, but you'd have to get it out before the intimidating pokebody turned off your babies' powers.

seriously, the day i run across an ursaring/aggron/ninjask deck while i'm playing any type of destiny varient at all, i will quit pokemon.

You won't need Battle Frontier, just put a C. Crystal on Stantler and confuse him, so there is only a 50/50 chance of you being ko'd. And Nijask, do the same.

You just can't let it go, can you?

Real Mature Mr. Boyscout...
I was 3-2, 4-2, and 3-3. None of which were a losing record.
Did you win anything with those records? Sounds like a losing record to me.

All with a deck that was invented solely on my part.

Just cause you made the deck doesn't mean its good.

Next time I'll be sure to leave 2 cards in my deck box before a states finals...
Yeah, good luck with actually getting into the finals of any tournament.

=/

Question= Rayquaza Ex, Mew Ex, Latios Ex d
Answer= Raichu Ex it has free retreat, and can hit the bench.

Raichu Ex with the right support (i.e. Rayquaza ex d)can handle destiny and a number of other deccs in the format...

Skarmory + stanler = 10 damage and confusion on your raichu EX.
if you are willing to attack qyou have:

50% to stay at 10 damage and do 30. next turn you'll take 20 more damage and still have to flip.
50% go to 40 damage. next turn you'll take 20 more damage and still have to flip if you want to attack.

if you retreat you take 30 (going to 40 total) and you have to send something different active.

i think there are a bounch of things that can beat Destiny (no matter what destiny players say, even Aggron with 2 metals can, just wait to TOPDECK one of your switch or warp energy).
But you need to list something that actually can beat Destiny and 80% of the meta....
Agron EX will lose to many things in the format.
the same is true for raichu EX (egg 1hko the thing).

There are actually GOOD decks that can beat destiny if played correctly (flariados, rayeggs, Flygon EX D, Kingdra EX).

Alright
Flariados-nope sorry, you'll see @ regs
Delta- Same as above
Kingdra- who plays that?
Flygon ex- depends on the list, eveelutions/queen dies(70-30,65-35), flordia flygon is much tougher(55-45, 60-40)
