If Golurk (DRX 59) uses Devolution Punch on a Shedinja (DRX 48) that evolved from Nincada, the Shedinja is devolved and then Nincada is knocked out, correct? In other words, the effect of the attack is resolved before the KO is checked, so the Shedinja would be returned to that player's hand and the Golurk player would take a prize.
