Strategy:
Aim for a fast setup of active Dialga G, benched Garchomp C and Claydol, build up the dialga G with Expert Belt and Special Metal Energys also get the Dialga G Lv.x in play.Uxie Lv.x is in the deck to counter Machamp this comboed with Crobat G and Lucario GL is a 1 turn KO then you should probaly use the normal Uxie'es attack to return it to the deck and then Roseann'es out the energys again :D.The Luxray GL Lv.x is just a tech I love putting in most of my decks as I love its power it too comboed with Lucario GL and Crobat G counter Gyarados another popular deck in todays format.Back on to the main strategy of the deck again the main aim is to have my active Dialga G Lv.x sitting active with 4 Special Metal Energy and an Expert Belt on this gives it 140 hp almost impossible for a non fire type pokemon to ko in 1 hit, the bench on the other hand should be Garchomp C Claydol,Bronzong G and whatever of the techs have been used eg. Crobat G,Lucario GL,Luxray GL etc.Once the Dialga G Lv.x is near knocked out I either use warp point which I prefer to use over warp hence why I only use 1 Warp Energy as it can help get claydols etc off the bench, if you Warp Point or if you Warp Energy bring up Garchomp C and drop down the Lv.x remove all counters from Dialga G Lv.x, Poke Turn the Garchomp C Lv.x and Bring up the Dialga G Lv.x to begin attacking again, if needed a quick Bronzong G Energy to Garchomp C along with a Energy Gain and another Energy attach and the Lv.x :D will allow you to surprise your opponent with a huge 80 damage snipe.

I like my list like this but im unsure whether or not I want to swap out Galactic HQ for Snowpoint Temple as there is a good mix of SP and stage 2 decks at my leauge please just help and try and be positive please :D

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

is it that bad its not worth helping :D?

Why is psychic energy there?

I'd drop the Luxray and just add another garchomp c lvl x to make it more consistent... garchomp c snipes, does the same thing w/o worrying about power spray. Unless water stuff's big in ur area...

the psychic is in for the uxie as machamp is big and luxray will remain until kingdra is not used at my leauge :D main reason those cards in there if things change ill consider the 2nd chomp lv.x but until those 2 decks are gone i have to have something to counter them

So this is your Dialga/chomp list...

-1 Basic Metal
+1 Call (consistency)

-1 Galactic HQ
+1 Roseanne's

Try that, lmk how it runs.

It's a good start, but I think you should focus on what you want to do with the deck. It sounds like you're aiming for a Dialga Tank deck instead of say, a Luxchomp with a Dialga tech. It's a completely different strategy. Ergo, if you're planning on playing Dialga Tank, you don't really need luxray because Garchomp snipes for you just fine w/o having to rely on a poke power. You may even want to consider taking out Luxray for a water tech like Quagsire to get rid of fire types. Luxray is really good for Kingra, Gyrados, and Palkia matchups, but Dialga is already pretty good against those by shutting off their trainers early game. Just suggestions - it's not like the deck won't run well, but if you take out Luxray you can either tech water or improve consistency.

That said for what you're trying to do your list is pretty decent - except you may want to look at the energy distribution. This deck is very hard to get the energy right, because you have SP metals which aren't searchable as a key component of your strategy.

I would love to see DialgaChomp though once Revived Legends comes out with defender. Could be pretty nice for defending against fire types.

Nice list, but I would recommend another Stadium or two and Skuntank G so you can rack up more damage with Deafen and keep the lock on longer without having to use another attack or waste Poketurns to heal.

@Abudoggie-Yes, because you can play multiple Defenders on the same Pokemon even if it has a Tool attached to it. You cannot play Buffer Piece on a Belted or E-Gained Dialga G.

well do you like playing luxray more or dialga more which ever you choose make that line 3-1 if you choose luxray the drop the dialga line to 1-1 or no DGX if you choose dialga drop the luxray totally and make it 3-1 DGX

4 dce is needed... one to attack with garchomp fast with energygain...or the diagla option to attack with also the energy move around bronzong g....Makes Uxie X more powerful and your oppenent wont see it coming..dce plus ebelt easy 80 to a claydol...dce is great in sp or this sp deck.
