Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Dialga G Lvl X

ampharos is one of the biggest tech empo zong is coming back
into play no
b/c of it
i already have in japaneese

I doubt that it will be as widely played as people think. It isn't a cessation crystal. It will probably be played with Regigigas to make it's Torterra matchup easier, and Slaking for obvious reasons. but not much else.

Counters:
Dark Palm
Forest Murmurs
Restructure
Magnetic Reversal
Poke-Blower
Core Flash (to an extent).
X-TREME ATTACK (it'll probably be here before regionals)
and Shining Gaze

Is Dialga G Lv.X going to get Dark Palmed that easily?

Sure, you may have to get clever in dealing with Lumineon's Fin Luster, but that's about it...Seems easy, no?

We don't get a new set between States and Regionals except for POP# sets.
Flygon for BR's and Nats/Worlds
I'm wrong. :(

I hope the next POP set is awesome. Snorlax Lv.X in a POP pack would be fabulous.

Anyway, I think Torterra can handle Dialga G nicely. Go Grass.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Does Dusknoir even care about Poke-Bodies? He's gotta worry about Unown G.

Unless you're referring to a Dusknoir/Lumineon tech, which is kinda over-techish...

Dusknoir itself? Nope, other then Bronzong (which is iffy). Dusknoir as a tech into a deck? (I kid you not, a 1-0-1 tech is still amazing) Quite unexpected and can screw over players of Dialga G, 'cause it'll lock them into using only Dialga G, probably a Claydol, and one backup attacker on the bench. That's it for their bench.
...I'd almost like Palkia G better then Dark Palm, especially in a Sceptile/etc. deck (keep Sceptile, Torterra, and Sheymin. It's not like you need draw power in that deck if you can set up and keep up Sceptile and Sheymin). The mind games something like that has is pretty cool, as well as how it isn't eating up your rare candy. The problem is if you REALLY need your bodies back quickly it's nowhere near as reliable :[

Some people might start using luxray(DP) w/Dusknoir (DP) as as bench disruption tech.

-Put a pokemon on their bench (totaling four)
-Switch it to ACTIVE(easy pickings)
-Dark Palm the problem

Obviously no good player would play Dialga vs a Dusknoir deck, and Dusknoir Techs are few and far between. Who knows if you'll even need Dialga vs most decks that can run Dusknoir DP in the first place. Ampharos, Sceptile, Machamp, Magnezone, Tyranitar are the only viable Stage 2s that Dialga is useful against, and depending on the deck you run Dialga in, you might have a good matchup vs any one of those decks regardless. Which of those decks even have room for Dusknoir in the first place, anyway?

I meant Dusknoir and Lumineon teched into a deck. I know Dusknoir is a great tech. Few people don't.

lol Dusknoir/Luxray tech is even worse.

DP Luxray is useless. Lumineon SF has a better version of it's power.

Probably only Machamp (who doesn't really need it) and Ampharos. Torterra and Magnezone have no spare space.

I'd only use Luxray (DP) in a Luxray(LA) deck anyway. It'd fit nicely since their Dialga x shuts off Luxray's rivalry

YES!!!!!!

Thanks for bringing up the Dusknoir D/P tech up. I can now continue to play my beloved CAD deck for States. Or I could leave it there and still hit it for 20 with Abomasnow, *Dr. Evil laugh*.

My deck only gets nastier after Platium is released. 1 card makes it nastier, Miasma Valley. It's the stadium that wasn't released in SF, but was in the IFDS set. Which I'm 100% sure we should be getting in Platium. There is a Grass Snover so none of my guys would get hit.

It places 2 damage counters on any Basic Pokemon layed on the bench, excluding Grass and Psychic Pokemon.

*Makes the Burns (The Simpsons) expression, "Excellent"*
