Basically this deck has no other purpose than to discard your opponent out!! The game plan is simple!

4 Jirachi RR
4 Exeggcute LA
4 Exeggutor LA

3 Pokemon Collectors
2 Bebe's Search
4 Engineers Adjustment
4 Fishermans
2 BTS
4 Pokegear 3.0
1 Luxury Ball
4 vs seeker
4 Cheerleader's Cheer

20 Psychic Energy

The strategy is use Jirachi's Detour to double up on Engineer's and draw 8 cards per turn. 9 if you count the initial draw to start your turn. After 4 turns of this, you have accumulated at least 36 cards. Counting the fact your opponent has been knocking out Jirachi, that's an extra card as well. Fisherman's to get the energy back you had to discard! Once you have about 40 cards in your hand, you use Exeggutors Psychic Strategy and switch hands with opponent and hope they draw out their deck!!!
PRAY YOUR OPPONENT DOESN'T GET A JUDGE!!!!! OR A LET LOOSE WITH GIRITINA OR LOOKERS! hahahaha

and/or change the Pokemon lines and Energies like he says

Um... this won't work. Exeggutor says you may draw up to the number of cards, so your opponent could just draw 0. Nice try though.

This is exactly what Pychic strategy reads: "Each player counts the number of cards in his or her opponent's hand. Each player shuffles his or her hand into his or her deck. Then, each player draws a number of cards up to the number of cards his or her opponent had. (You draw your cards first.) " it doent say may but "up to" may mean the same thing.
