My opponent has a Ditto LA out as his Active, and I have a Meteor Blast Arceus LV. X out. He claims that because he copies all attacks of Arceus LV. X, he can copy the attack Bright Flame from the fire Arceus I have underneath Arceus LV. X. My ability to use Bright Flame is an effect of Arceus LV. X, so I believe he can't copy it.

Please respond, and I appreciate your help!

If the Fire Arceus were on the bench, then you would be correct because your Arceus Level X would be getting the attack via Omniscient (if you had the Level X that had Omniscient, that is).

But you're not using Omniscient to access the attacks of the card that you leveled up from.

In this case, both cards count as being in play, together. All attacks, bodies, and powers are accessible and visible not only to you, but to your opponent.

So, in this case, Ditto gets access to the attack.
