Ditto vs Memory Berry

Say I have a Ditto LA and my opponents active pokemon has memory berry attached. Can Ditto use the evolved pokemon's pre-evolutionary pokemons' attacks as well, as long as the required energy are attached?

Q. Can "Ditto DNA" copy an opponent's Technical Machine's attacks?

A. No, Ditto DNA can't copy attacks provided by an opponent's Technical Machines, because it is an attack the opponent's active "can use" but it isn't one of its attacks. (Jun 18, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

Since Memory Berry does the same thing, provides an attack the opponent's active "can use" but it isn't one of its actual attacks, Ditto DNA cnnot copy the lower level attacks.
