do you find it annoying when...

Well I will talk, usually just light conversation or whatever, I'm never like inappropriate and am pretty social, one game I actually distracted MYSELF by talking and misplayed a turn and lost the game because of that turn, but in all honesty I'll hold light friendly conversation, but if the other person isnt talkative or anything then I'll just stop and play, and the conversation definitely helps if a game is very one-sided. If I was ever asked, I would certainly not talk, and I wouldn't disrespectfully guess opponent's moves in a smart manner, I would joke around by asking my opponent to not Bebe's for Claydol, although they wouldn't oblige to my request. :p

wait, there is a rule for this in pokemon??? are you serious?

I don't think there's any kind of rules against this sort of things. There are rules about pestering your opponent to play faster, unsportsmanlike conduct, and slowplaying, which I think a few of these examples might fall under, but to my knowledge there's no general "no being annoying." rule.

You know what's really fun to do? Randomly shout out senseless babble during a match that determines the winner of $1500 and a trip to Nationals. I hear it flies over well with judges.*

*Judges who haven't slept for over 20 hours.

I've only managed to keep a straight face enough to pull this off once against my roomate. It's worth knowing we're both in our mid-twenties. One game, I dictated my every move in the over-dramatic manner that I remember from the catroon seires. Everytime I drew cards, I'd say something like "I have to figure out his weakness!" or "There must be another way to victory!". I'd call up my Pokemon by name, and tell them which attacks to use. I'd comfort them when they took a heavy hit or got KO'd. The best part was when I had to take a bathroom break, and I scribbled the outline of a pokemon on a nearby napkin. I asked "Who's that Pokemon?" and he nearly died laughing.

Or after every game you win, do your best anime face, and do the peace sign in his face, and in your creepiest high pitched voice, say 'konichiwa"!!

I'll talk through my turn Set Up, Cosmic Power, name my Supporter, etc... but YES, I find it annoying when someone needs to be overly expressive through their turn. It's probably my one pet peeve whilst playing.

I find it a rude for there to be Mystery Science Theater 3000 commentary throughout my game. I get aggravated and speak out when my opponent tries to play my deck instead of letting me be responsible for it; putting damage counters on, moving things to my discard, etc.
