donphan is a force to reckon with. but youll have HUGE problems with decks that can snipe or get around donphan (luxray/garchomp/blastoise ul) also there is no hope against jumpluff. i would suggest adding manetric and luxray x thats what i do...

You will need an Unown G because Luxchomp can beat you with crobat G's attack. Crobat G's are also good for damage as you can't search for pluspowers.

Jumpluff can be beat by Donphan Prime. My first opponent at the last BR was playing Jumpluff with Luxray. I beat them with Donphan. The key is to keep your bench small. Expert Belt Donphan, heavy Impact, OHKO. I put two Pokemon in play at all times, 80-20=60. It would take three Mass Attacks before being KO'd. It was still a close match, 1-1. I used Warp to get rid of the Active Jumpluff, which i think they used Leaf Guard. So i Warp Pointed them, then Switched to get the KO.

I went 5-1 at the Event. Not the beat all deck, but it did pretty good all the same.
