Hey guize. Here's my DD list, which I shall playing for Cities. I have a slightly unusual list, but it's consistent and powerful, with primarily good matchups (excepting Goth).
Here's teh list...

4-4 Donphan Prime
2-2 Zoroark BW
2 Zekrom
1 Reshiram
2 Kyurem
T/S/S (30):
4 PONT
3 Catcher
4 Collector
3 Communication
3 Junk Arm
3 Judge
2 Juniper
2 Sage's Training
3 Switch
2 PlusPower
1 Max Potion
ENERGY (13):
4 DCE
6 Fighting Energy
3 Rainbow Energy
STRATEGY: Get a Donphan out as early as possible and start taking cheap prizes, as well as disrupting their setup with Catcher. Get Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem out on the bench to get lots of damage going with Outrage after they've been hit by EQ a bit. Each of these dragons caters to a specific weakness, so get the numbers of dragons and Donphan out depending on your matchup you're playing.
Zoroark is for Tyram and ZPST matchups. Everything else is pretty usual. Judge is for draw and screwing up the opponent.
