STRATEGY: Start with Sableye and impersonate to set up an active Donphan and a benched Ursaring as quickly as possible. Use Rainbow Energy and Donphan's Earthquake attack to purposely get damage onto your benched Ursaring to activate his Body and do massive damage quickly.

I don't think the Pluspowers are needed - Expert belts are better in pretty much every way other than the prize giving.

-4 Pluspower
+2 Expert belt
+1 Communication
+1 Palmer's

Well, I definitely agree that the Pluspowers are uneccessary now that I've playtested it. I played 5 games today with my friend. He used a tanking Tangrowth deck and I used a variant of this decklist posted and lost 4 out of 5 games. All of the games were close though and it really came down to the fact that although I could do mass damage, I didn't have quite the HP to survive multiple hits. So, I have made a few major overhauls and will be testing a new decklist from now on. The list is as follows:

DONPHAN-URSARING DONK (MD-on)

Pokemon - 18

4 Phanpy GS
4 Donphan Prime GS
4 Teddiursa UL
4 Ursaring Prime UL
2 Uxie LA

Alright, so I went to my league this Wednesday and tested this deck with yet another decklist revision and won 8 out of the 10 games I played. I played Flychamp 3 times and won twice, I destroyed Luxchomp with ERL, and I played an extensive amount of games against my friend's Tangrowth tanking deck and won the majority.

The list I've come up with as of now is the following:

DONPHAN-URSARING DONK

Pokemon: 18

4 Phanpy GS
4 Donphan GS
4 Teddiursa UL
4 Ursaring UL
2 Uxie LA

Energy: 16

8 Fighting Energy GS
4 Rainbow Energy GS
4 Double Colorless Energy GS

Trainer/Supporter/Stadiums: 26

4 Interviewer's Questions UL
4 Switch GS
4 Broken Time-Space PL
3 Bebe's Search RR
3 Pokemon Communication GS
3 Pokemon Collector GS
2 Expert Belt AR
2 Looker's Investigation PL
1 Luxury Ball SF

This deck is actually the most consistent Post Rotation deck I've come up with thus far, but if anyone has any suggestions I'd be glad to try them out. Thanks. :]

Uxie Lv. X to help with consistet Draws.

and if you take out your Sableye, you no longer need rainbow energy, you could just put in more fighting,
unless your using the Damage to help the Ursaring, but i dont think its needed if you get donphan out T1 or T2.

I agree that Uxie Lv. X would be great. Unfortunately, I don't have one. As for the Rainbow Energy, they are for Ursaring mostly because I don't always get Donphan out quickly whether on accident or on purpose, but also so I can tech in certain cards if I want to without the need to also put in uneeded energy. For Instance, I was thinking of teching Wild Guard Rapidash so I don't autoloss to Dialga-Chomp and the Rainbow Energy would certainly be handy in that case. Thanks for the suggestions though!

I think you could take out 1-1 Ursaring to make room for Rapidash. Without Azelf, though, you run the risk of having one half of your tech prized. Maybe take out an interviewer's for Azelf?

you dont need 4 broken time space its a stage 1 deck try takin out 1 bts and put in 1 more expert belt

The 4 Broken Time-Space are to increase my chances of a turn 1 Donphan donk if I go second. I've done it several times and I don't need any more than 2 Expert Belts in the deck really. Ursaring does tons of damage without one and Donphan isn't really the main attacker, although useful early game. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Yeah, that's actually what I planned to take out to tech in Rapidash if needed. The Azelf is definitely an idea as well, but I'd probably just take out a Double for it instead since I'd have one less Ursaring anyhow.
Thanks for the help!

I actually played Ursaring at NATs, so I'll drop my 2 cents in.

1. I love your combo of using Donphan in combination w/ Ursaring to setup that angry benched bear :)

2. People who tell you to take out a BTS haven't tried the deck. You DO need that T1 or T2 to have a chance!

3. You DON'T want more than 2 Expert Belts. Sometime (as you know) it's best to just hold onto those and NOT go for the OHKO so you can use that EBelt like a MachampX blow when needed :p

4. I would take out the Lookers and Put in 2 Judges. This will help with many matchups like Shuppet, G'dos, and Sabeleye Donk.

5. To maximize energy availablility for the Bear, I'd consider taking out a SWITCH for a Warp Energy. This will get you out of special conditions locks (Fear the return of GliscorTomb!). The lack of unown G leaves you WIDE open to Ambipom G, Chatot locks, and Gliscor (not to mention Crobat Prime is lurking in the tech tank somewhere :p )

I like the list. Hope to play against you in RedShark sometime :)

Well, thanks Rogue! It's nice to see someone that actually understands the strategy and point of the deck. I will definitely consider the judges though, I just really like looking at my opponents hand I guess, but I can definitely see Judge helping out certain match-ups.
