Double Sleeves, just to double check

okeball: Is it still the head judge's decision to allow double sleeving (sleeving a card in a regular sleeve, then sleeving it into a penny sleeve) or not?

I've been getting many players asking this question recently, and I'd just like to clarify that the ruling made here was still valid for today's format.
