Drawing Moustaches On Cards?

if I was to draw on (for example this aron) or perhaps a magikarp, or rescue energys just in the middle with such things as a Moustache thats not near the borders (see pic for example) would It be tournament legal? or would this count as marking cards though its in the middle
just curious before i do this to all my magikarps for my gyarados deck

While this type of thing was legal in the past, due to some players not being able to determine where the boundary is between harmless and harmful, any marking of a card is now illegal for tournament play, even something like this.
