Drilbur EP and Excadril DE

Hello, if I use Drilbur's(EP 54) "Hone Claws" attack and then evolve into Excadril(DE 56) on the next turn, would "Tunnel Strike" and "Dig Uppercut" do 30 extra damage? Also, would the Tunnel Strike do 60 to the benched Pokemon?

No. The effect was on Drilbur.
Once you evolve, all effects are removed.
