Yes, you will get an auto-matic win. BUT, if he responds BEFORE everyone finishes, he still has a chance.

Flygon999, you better get in contact with your participants and definately enforce deadlines. There are other people wanting to run tournaments and running 3 at the same time was not a good idea. I will keep checking back on this, but if in 1 week things don't seem to be going along nicely, I will have to cancel your tourament, sorry, but other people also have the right to do one and they shouldn't have to wait eternally for your participants to 'feel' like playing.
