stratergy here is fairly simple use big pokemon with cheap attack to destroy oppoent pokemon(kygore the excpetion of corse). olny 2 main problems im seeing is 1 not getign evoled form when needed and 2 having to go against electric decks . walimer makes a good wall while you get kyorge set up for some damage along with other pokemon of corse use the lum berry to make sure you dont have to rely on flip to wake up walier to use rest again.swampert #13 helps speed up the powering up with is pokepower. other than that not much left to say excpet this is probly the hardest format to bulid for i hope sandstorm has some very good cards if they do ex up then my deck list can be better.

deck #2
E-Up

4xLady Outings at first deck
...there reads......3 different color of energy...or
something like that....

Yeah, I'd drop Lady Outing from the R/S Only deck. Since Energy Search was reprinted in the set, that's a bit more reliable.

For the R/S, I'd drop the Kyogre EX for some Wingull/Pelliper, if possible. The effect on the attack's too self-destructive, and two prizes is just steep... Maybe leave one or two in, but no more.

oops it was late and i was tried and i didnt read lady outting right my bad. i also thought of going for the wingull/pillaper line but i didnt want another evolution line but i think mabye going that route might be best now since your right about kygroe i oringlty thought that wingull was too weak to play but with wailmer as a stall wall for a lil bit i can evole it faster and not have to worry about it dying.

I do say, Wailmer is an incredibly good pokemon, in my opinion, but Wailord seems kinda weak in comparison (for a stage1 vs a basic). I say, why not drop both Wailords, and either keep the 4 Wailmers, or cut back to 2 (but keep them in, they're good, despite the retreat cost). Replace the Wailords with something like another Switch and/or some healing items like Potion / Oran berry (if it's any good).

That's what I reckon anyway for the first deck.

(where I'm from, we call it E-on, or Neo-on, instead of *-up).

Dunno about the 2nd one, as I don't use psychic/darks much. Though it is good that they've dropped the bit about Dark energy being able to hurt your own pokemon any more.

I'm only going to suggest for RS Only because I know nothing at all about the Expeditions, Aquapolisis, and Skyridges.

Get rid of Kyogre EX. The card takes too long to attack, for a bad attack as well. Remove the Wailord because it's not really anything good, if you want it as a staller, I mean. Then you can remove a Wailmer or two. You really don't need too many Wailmer. Lady Outing is not very good either. I really don't know if you need too many Professor Birch cards because they're very rarely able to be used too good use.

Put in Wingulls and Pellipers, because Pelipper's Stockpile/Spit Up is 70 for (WC) and two turns. Very good. Same as Swallow. Go with it. If I were you, I would use Lapras EX, but that's just me. Add some Energy Searches, and you might want to add maybe some colorless evolution lines ( Zigzagoon, Linoone; Skitty, Delcatty, etc.)

The RS deck looks good in its v1.5 incarnation. The Lapras are good openers, if you have the energy. 30 damage for 3 isn't great, but guaranteed Confusion is.
Lapras to start, Wailmer for the midgame, Marshtomp to close?

What are your ideas for Double games? Same stuff?
