Electivire Lv. X's attack:
Pulse Barrier
Discard all of your opponent's Pokemon Tool and Stadium cards in play. If you do, prevent all effects, including damage, done to Electivire during your opponent's next turn.

PokeGym translation:
Pulse Barrier: 50 damage. Discard all of your opponent’s Stadium cards and Pokemon Tool cards in play. If you do, ignore all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Elevire during your opponent’s next turn.

I added the bolding for emphasis.
"Prevent all effects of attacks" is common, so Bangiras might have just assumed this was the correct translation, but it looks like another errata is needed.

Hmm, well so does the current way ignore warp point, Lati-Lock, and other things that target it?
I know that I have warped away an Electivire Lv X... opps.

Bangiras got it right.
Note this ruling from the Compendium LvX:

Q. If Electivire Lv.X's "Pulse Barrier" attack is used, does its effect prevent damage and effects from all sources, or just from attacks?"
A. It only prevents effects or damage caused by attacks. Any affects or damage caused by Poke-POWERs, Poke-BODYs, trainers, supporters, etc. still happens. (Aug 30, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

Oh, sorry. I don't know how I missed that, this thread can be locked now.
