You are right .... Its a combination of Magneton PK and Flygon d HP all in one. Except for the weaknes and resistence thing.
 
I would only put 1 in. It isn't even a necessity. I would like to have another slot for Electivire but I can only have 4...
 
^ agree with Kazam here. I super dig his poke-power, but his attack isn't really speaking to me, so it seems like he is a better supporter than a main attacker. :-D
 
^I second that opinion. I see a good line being 2 'Vire DP, 1 Lv.X, and 1 SW. I have also found that Electivire's trainer engine needs serious revamping. It has so little raw draw power that it is almost frightening. I have no ideas as to what should be taken out though. Electivire also needs a way to beat Mario consistently.

I am now building this deck, but with all the annoying Fighting types out there....i really dont like Castform. Do you think that something like:

4 Elekid DP
4 Electabuzz DF
3 Electivire
1 Electivire Lvl. X
4 Pikachu MT
4 Raichu MT

I like the new Elekid and Pikachu over the previous ones because of the "improved" weakness and the reduced chance of a T1 kill. I liked the Flygon version because of the option of adding Flygon delta EX...but I think it could be a little slow because Castform will get killed fast.

What do you think?
 
Not at all....the initial list tries to abuse Delta Draw potential by having delta forms of basic pokemon, hence Pikachu HP and Elekid DF.

You need some scramble in that list. Like 2. They help when your Raichu's get OHKOed on T2-3. Take out a 1-1 Magneton for it.
 
And take out the galactics wager, you're trying to build up a big hand so you can get what you need, you're hurting yourself by using that card. I recommend a crystal shard instead.
