Electivire lv. x

Hi. I'd like to know exactly what Electivire lv. x's pulse barrier blocks if you did discard a stadium/tool. It says

prevent all effects, including damage, done to Electivire during your opponents next turn.

so does that mean it blocks Powers, bodies and trainers? Would your opponent be able to Warp Point you to the bench or use a power like Shoot Poison? Thanks.
