Idea is to fall a bit behind in prizes using electrode then power some pokemon up with luck, then use twins or black belt to do massive damage or look for any cards you want. Usual zekrom set up, but with some odd techs.

Hmm, what I would try doing with Electrode is using him with Scizor Prime. I only recommend this because Scizor's attack does 20 more damage for each Metal Energy attached to him, which it can get up to a crazy amount with Electrode. I would take out the Electrode line (unless you'd rather use Scizor instead of the other stuff) for Raichu and Raichu Prime; both of those do 100 to 120 damage for very little energy cost.
