I can't get the darn Silver Medal still for this place. Has anyone? If you have, please tell me what pokemon you used and how to trained them and all that other stuff.

ugg I hated this one. I found it easier to use Pokemon with straight attacks and something choice banded. Thats how I beat it. Everything in that place is based on Natures, and PCs choice, which blows. With all attack Pokemon they should hold their own.

Well since the Battle Palance for the silver Medal used a Crobat that annoyed me like heck. Here's what I did: I used the girl that reads natures to find an attacker. Then I chose what 'Mon I wanted (I chose a Lanturn since Water/Electric was somewhat big). Then I bred him to Lvl.50 and gave it Shock Wave, Surf, and a couple of status afflicters (Thunder Wave/Confuse Ray).

That made me help in winning.

On Lanturn, I would advise Ice Beam, T-bolt, and any 2 of these 3 Surf, Confuse Ray, T Wave. I would personally choose Surf and Twave. Also with the Volt Absorb abillity

Well thanks for that but the Lanturn I set up with kicked some Crobat arse. The Battle Palace Crobat was designed just to mess with you so I messed right back at him. Didn't go with T-Bolt because even though it's more POWERFUL than Shock Wave, Shock Wave doesn't miss. Just needed something to slowly chip away the Crobat (and later on Lapras) because Crobat is very fast and T-Bolt can miss thus creating a real headache.

But the bottom line in the Battle Palace (along with creating the right moveset and sticking with the thread) is that you must find the right Natures that will help you best in the Palace. The little girl in the Frontier that can read Natures can tell you which ones can help or hurt you.

Well I used the following (competed in the Lv.50 Division). Also trying to remember since it's been awhile I competed in the Battle Palace:

Lanturn (Held: Magnet):
Surf/Shock Wave/Thunder Wave/Confuse Ray

Shiftry (Held: Miracle Seed):
Fake Out/Faint Attack/Giga Drain/Extrasensory

?? Salamence (I think it was him but it could be Charizard. Not sure) (Held: Dragon Tooth):
Fly/Dragonbreath/Scary Face/Focus Energy

All of them had good enough Natures to take it on.

i just used these 3 pokemon which were

blissey (Leftovers)
seismic toss
heal bell
softboiled
toxic

Gengar (Brightpowder)
Destiny Bond
Ice Punch
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Metagross (Quick Claw)
Explosion
Meteor Mash
Shadow Ball
Earthquake

Advice: Dont use slaking because with using slaking sometimes he wont attack and that means the second turn your slaking cant attack for 2 turns!!! I beat him in the lv 100 division and got my gold medeal:biggrin:

Oh, the Battle Palace.

Skarmory w/ Leftovers, Brave Nature, EV'ed in defense and special defense, Sturdy

Drill Peck
Return
Steel Wing
Rest

Destroys the Slaking DEAD, immune to the Crobat, and should nail that Lapras hard before going down.
