Overall:Skarmory is ment to kill all foes by Spikes and using Roar over and over again.The oppenent
can't attack while being slowly destroyed.One hit kos are not a problem with this set.

Agility won't cut it. Use Toxic or Rest. Overall, not bad.

A steel type would destroy him. Plus a simple switch out and the set won't be nearly as effective. Consider replacing Moonlight with Wish and add Mean Look onto the set somewhere.

Please reconsider all of your poke's nature. Impish for Skamory, Adamant for Tyranitar, Bold for Umbreon, Bold for Suicune, Modest for Kingdra, and Bold for Ludicolo.
Put Lefties on all of your poke.
Do you know your poke's EV spread?
