so....yeah, hears the spot to talk about what i am sure will be one of the defining games of this console generation. Been waiting for this game since it was announced (nearly two years ago!)

EDIT: i have played this game for a good 3 hours and boy is it intense. This game is an instant classic. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the game

The game is simply amazing.... it easily lives up to the hype (well maybe not "Halo Killer", but dang close!!!!)

If you own a 360 you MUST buy this game!!!

If you dont own a 360, you MUST buy a 360 and this game!!!
 
lol agreed unfortunately the single player is kinda short, played it for 5 hours and im already on Chapter 4/5.
Keep in mind that this is on easy and i hear that each difficulty doubles the length :biggrin:
For those of you who still dont have an idea of wut this game is like, its like Halo 1 meets Resident Evil 4 meets Ghost Recon. This game definitly exceeds the hype....

marril, werent u complaing about spamming on the melee discussion board? this is a Gears of War board and u have obviously not played this game. I wasnt really excited about till i played it.

and btw M$ is actually losing money for every xbox or 360 sold. THey are pretty humble for a gaming company, if u wanna talk smack about a company talk about Sony. Or better yet go out and spend 600 bucks so u can play ur precious Genji 2. Gears cost M$ 10 millions dollars. TEN MILLION! do you understand how much that is for a game?

Nearing the end of chapter 4, the game is starting to get tough, regardless of its casual difficulty. If you guys want some advice, get a shotgun! trust me, itll help in the long run specially when u get to the Fenix Estate
