If your metagame has a lot of cessation crystal decks, use 2 or 3 windstorm instead of crystal beach, and run 3 call, 2 wp, 2 scramble, 7 water as your energies. If your metagame has a lot of wager + psylock decks, run 1 wager and 4 steven's advice or even 4 steven and a copycat. But this decreases the effectiveness of Omastar's de-evolution against non-psylock decks.

Unless you're going to worlds, you should be more focused on a DP-on deck
if that is the case, switch ur celios for bebe's

+2 Wager

-2 DRE
-2 Scramble
-2 Water
+4 Call
+2 Cyclone (so you can devolve their active with omastar)
