Point of the deck is to either disrupt your opponent's hand, their active, or their bench. for those who don't know what Ambipom does, here it is:

Ambipom- HP 80 Colorless

[C][C] Commanding Tail 30: Your opponent flips a coin until he/she gets heads. For each tails, move 1 Energy card attached to the Defending Pokemon to the bottom of their deck.
[C][C] Charity Tail 80: Before applying damage, you opponent may discard 2 cards from his/her hand. If they do, this attacks base damage is 10 instead of 80.

Weakness: Fighting +20
Resistance: None
Retreat: 1

Suggestions are welcome, involving both the deck and its name.

Is that where Empoleons Lv. X comes in with supreme Command to limit your opponents options even though Charity tail sounds a little iffy with the discard 2 and the attack base is ten. In some decks that helps your opponent out like Inferncatty or Empolcatty and other cards.
