Translation for Rayquaza-EX:

Rayquaza-EX – Dragon – HP170
Basic Pokemon

[C] Heaven’s Call: Discard the top 3 cards from your deck, and if there are any Energy cards, attach them to this Pokemon.
[R][L] Dragon Burst: 60x damage. Discard either all Fire Energy or Lightning Energy cards attached to this Pokemon. This attack does 60 damage times the number of Energy discarded in this way.

When Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Dragon (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Strategy:
Use a Combination of Heavy Balls, Lure Balls, and Ultra Balls to get Entei-EX, Rayquaza-EX, and the Emboar line into one's hand and onto the bench. Meanwhile, try to gather 1 Lightning Energies and multiple Fire Energies. Once Emboar is on the bench, use Inferno Fandango to place Three Fire on Entei-EX, Three-Four Fire to Rayquaza-EX, and a Lightning to Rayquaza-EX. Use Rayquaza-EX's Dragon Burst with three Fire Energies attached to knockout the opponents pokemon, or four Fire Energies if they have an Eviolite or something with more than 180 HP. Either use energy Retrieval/Cheren/Cilan to obtain more Fire Energies, or, if you have a switch in your hand, a spare lightning energy, or a spare Fire energy, switch to Entei-EX. Use Entei-EX's Grand Flame to not only deal 90 damage, but also move a Fire Energy to Rayquaza-EX from the discard. Either Switch or retreat back to Rayquaza-EX, and repeat the process.

But yeah. Thoughts? Suggestions?

this is my list

3 rayquaza ex
2 zekrom ex
2 zekrom
15
3 cilan
4 energy retrieval
4 super rod
3 plus power
4 eviolite
4 skyarrow
4 juniper
2 cheren
3 N
32
4 fire
9 lightning

-1 Heavy ball
+1 N

N is good for having a late start and keeping a larger hand than your opponent late in the game...This would come in handy because this deck looks like it is kind of slow to get set up...But once it's set up, you will be sooo powerful, so good job on the deck :)

Use Rayquaza-EX's Dragon Burst with three Fire Energies attached to knockout the opponents pokemon, or four Fire Energies if they have an Eviolite or something with more than 180 HP.

For this wont you want the new card Tool Scrapper to discard the opponents Eviolites so you don't have to worry about wasting an extra energy?
