Energy use in Regigigas

Currently, I find that the best Gigas energy combination is
3 Call Energy
5 Water Energy
5 Fighting Energy
5 Metal Energy

But I recently thought that this would be better:
3 Multi Energy
5 Water Energy
5 Fighting Energy
5 Metal Energy

OR

3 Call Energy
3 Multi Energy
4 Water Energy
4 Fighting Energy
4 Metal Energy

Or for space... 3 of Each? But that would be stretching it...

The Call/Multi combo obviously has it's downside, that Multi and Call can't both be attached for Multi to work...

But I was thinking Call is only needed for early game, and Multi only for late game...

So which is better? Call, Multi, or both?

Imo, it depends on the variant you're running. For example, if you're using a Driftblim tech or something that needs an energy type that's not water, metal, or fighting, then it would probably be more beneficial to use Multi. Otherwise, I personally prefer Call since it can greatly aid in set-up early on.

Warp is an interesting thought, but it was pretty redundant for me most of the time where I palkia'd and just could have retreated. It IS useful for when they choose your palkia though via restructure, but doesn't allow you to attach in the same turn to something if you need to...

I played 1 warp energy and found it more of a hindrance than anything else I could have played over it.6 switching cards seem to suffice.

4-4-4 Basic energy is the way to go. I think somewhere from 14-16 energy is the way to go. What ever those last 2-4 energy are thats your choice. I play either 3 call for 3 multi.

Broly hit it: Call and Warp do NOTHING for you aside from providing their effects. On a Pokemon that takes 3 different energy and a colorless, the Call is just sitting there and you have to wait to hit all your different Basic Energy. With Multi, if you play that on a Regi, you only need 2 different Basic Energy, giving yourself a lot more flexibility. Multi also allows you to attack with Azelf, something that is VERY useful vs Machamp and in sudden death games (I won a sudden death game because of Multi and Azelf). More versatile, in the end.

I think that 4-4-4 + 2 of Call or Multi is best.... Call is good in decks that use Regice, Multis are good in decks that use Lunatone (Can't use T1 Call if there is no Gigas in start because can discard only one card in turn)
