Correct me if I am mistaken but we wont be seeing the Garchop VS Charizard half deck for retail in English will we? I am not sure if they have done things like this before, but how do you imagine English players will get Garchomp C (LV.X)? Will it just be another LV.X you can pull form packs or what?

actually, it'll be in the new tins for Supreme Victors, along with Charaizard C and Rayquaza G LV.X

Usually the JPN half deck cards are just thrown into the main set when translated.

Yeah. Every starter deck/half deck that has come out in Japan since Fr/Lg has had at leased one EX or Lv.X in it. When they come out in English then they're just added to the main set.
