English set 6 revealed. Dragon exalted

I find it odd that there are only 2 actual dragons on those boosters (though Gyarados is kinda a demi-dragon of sorts).
 
This logo artwork and art on the packs reminds of the 3rd gen series packs. They seem kinda similar. Especially the Rayquaza and Gyarados.

or the other way round.

This is gonna be a big set. BW5 sets(minus the half decks) is 110 plus the 20 from DS makes 130. This isn't counting the half deck cards. It's gonna be around 150 cards this set. Really looking forward to this set because quite a few Pokèmon that I like will be in this as well as my favorite: Rayquaza(I'll probably just get his tin though :p)

In addition, we also might get another big set in November because Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare(Japan's July set which will be our November set unless they troll us with another filler set) has 59 cards(minus FAs and shinies which might make the total 64 for both) plus the cards in Keldeo the Keldeo Battle Strength Deck and MAYBE the National Beginning Set. Of course, this is all speculation :smile:.

More likely, 40 of them are going to be pushed back to the next set.

Either way, we're more than likely gonna have a big set before the year ends. I would not put it past them to make a filler set with english exclusive EX and EX FAs(which Japan will later get) but since BW2 will be released around the same time and that movie MIGHT air in November, it's likely either this or our November set will be a big one.

Japan gets a lot of stuff so we need a big set so we don't fall too far behind.

Did anyone else notice it's already out? :O It says it is released on April 15th! Funny I haven't seen any for sale yet.

Or maybe they wrote "April" instead of "August". Yeah, that's probably it.
 
Dragons Exalted will likely be DR if I had a guess, unless you're old like me you won't mistake it for an old set.

If it has the good Garchomp and Altaria, I'll be a happy guy, been wanting to try it.

And seriously, what's with the 2 non-dragons when the set is full of em...

Cut them some slack, Noble Victories had 3 dragon packs in a set that had little to do with them. They're probably just sick of Dragons by now.
 
I think they're just going to throw everything into this set. Dragon Selection, Blade, Blast and the half decks. The only reason to postpone cards would be to keep the August set smaller, but if they hold any cards over, that'll just make the November set based around BW2 as big as the August set should be. It'd just be shifting the big set from August to November.
 
I say DRX. That way it's different from Dragon and Dark Explorers.

I have to say, while I'm looking forward to the set itself, the name is a little, um... Let's put it this way. I haven't used the word exalted in any conversation outside of church before. I understand that they want to keep the EX in the title, but there are a lot more options!

etc., etc. I really hope once we hit Freeze Bolt/Cold Flare they stop it with the EX naming. But, if they don't, we're in for some interesting names.
 
Salamence/Dragonite/Garchomp would have been better than Terrakion for pack cover IMO.

If this is a big set, how many holos do you guys think we'll get? My guess is around 15.

Since there's quite a few stuff we still don't and we don't even know if Japan will get any more things over the summer, I think our November set will be big too so we don't fall to far behind.

99% chance it will be, as unlike our Next Destinies set where Groudon/Kyogre EX were held off until DEX for Zekrom and Reshiram EX, there aren't any extra EXs at the moment that would replace any of the ones from Japan's Dragon Blade/Dragon Blast.
