Azelf X or Luxray GL X for Infernape X.
Would you do the Gardevoir for the Surfing Pikchu? I know the Surf Pika is supposed to be rare,
but it isn't fetching much right now (2-3 bucks on ebay). Do you need any trainers or supporters?

The only thing on your list I see SW Arcanine Rev. holo. If you wanna pick something not too rare
