Error or not?

Hi, i was looking at my delcatty from power keepers and dang something was not right with it. I could not place my finger on it but then i went to pokegym and some other site's that had a picture of it. Then it hit me wooow my delcatty is not holo. So is this an error card? And is this error common (other peeps that have this delcatty non holo from Power keepers?)

No, It just came in the power keepers theme deck, so its non-holo.

Oh ok thanks i was silently hoping i had an error card
