Majestic Dawn Espeon's 'Sunlight Veil' PokeBody states: "Each of your pokemon that EVOLVES from Eevee gets +20 HP...' Since it says evolves, as opposed to evolved, if i were to put an Umbreon MD, for instance, in play as a basic Pokemon, say through Garchomp Lv X's restore, would it get the boost, as it technically EVOLVES from Eevee, although it is not currently. Just curious as to if this is poor translation or what.
