You should always try to provide as much information as you can in these questions. i am making some assumptions here, but I think your question is, if Espeon with Solar Revelation is in play, and a Pokemon with no energy attached gets paralyzed, would attaching energy to that Pokemon during your turn cure the Paralysis?
Solar Revelation can only prevent effects if energy is attached to the Pokemon when the attack occurs. Once the Pokemon is paralyzed simply attaching energy later won't cure it. The key word is prevent.
As to your second question, I don't see any rules question there. You might check out "Cards: Strategy and Rulings Discussion" forum for that kind of advice.
