First, learn to speel pleaz. Tv Reporter is superior to rockets mission unless you are playing pokemon with dark in its name. Umbreon isnt the greatest eeveelution. Stick with a mainly water deck and 2 non ex vaporeon to try and accelerate your nrg. Try adding another evolution line that isnt eevee becuse they are really unable to stand alone in a solid deck. Also take out mr brineys, your pokemon dont have enough HP to be worth recovering.
