I don't know IF it is true or not.... but one seller did include edited information, which was fake, claiming there was a Kyogre-EX, Groudon-EX and Shining Groudon/Kyogre. I'm pretty certain NONE of those cards are in the set.

that same person said Shining Lugia and Shining Ho_oh were in ex emerald.

There will be 3 star pokemon. I'm about 98% sure of it. The problem is that no one knows what they will be yet until after the PR's. Updates to come VERY soon so stay tuned...
