Here's my Create-a-Card set, EX Mythical Power. Almost all of the Pokemon are Legendary. Everyone is free to make up to 2 of the 20 cards, and I will make 4. A * indicates a card that I will make, while 2 ** means it has already been made. Create away!

If Mew is your Active Pokemon, once during your turn (before you attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep. You may switch the Defending Pokemon with one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon before doing this effect. This power cannot be used if Mew is affected by a Special Condition.

(P)(C) Quick Nightmare
If the Defending Pokemon is Asleep, this attack does 40 damage. If the Defending Pokemon is not Asleep, this attck does nothing.

(P)(P)(C) Psycho Blast 60+
You may put up to 5 damage counters on Mew. If you do, this attack does 60 damage plus 20 more damage for each damage counter you put on Mew. If you put 3 or more damage counters, the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.
