If a player used Exeggutor's Blockade attack, would the effect stay if Exeggutor were benched or Knocked Out (such as by poison damage)? I would believe the effect stays and the opponent cannot play Supporters on that next turn, as the effect is on the opponent, not the Pokemon itself, but I would like confirmation.
