Howdy:

Okay, so my son went and *sold* his EXP Share. The one you get from Devo Corp. Is there any way in the game to get another? Or are we just out of luck?

Thanks,
S.

To the best of my knowledge, you're screwed.:frown: If you still want an exp.share there are two choices:
1.restart the game and get a new one
2.Find a friend and trade pokemon and see if he'll give up his for you(or at least let you borrow it)
3. I don't remember if this is actually true(I lost my guide book) but, if you have a certain number of pokes with the right ID no., and enter the lillycove lottery, you might be able to win a new exp.share.Dont quote me on that theory.

You can possibly win one in the Lillycove Lotto by simply matching the last 3 digits with an ID # on a Poke in your PC or party. If you trade alot, this is relatively easy, however if you dont much or at all, it is extremely rare to match 3.

A tip when doing this.... if you saved your game the night before, upon starting your game the next day ask the clerk to check your numbers... if you dont win, reset and try again... As long as the save was from the previous day, your game will reset the winning #'s upon every reset. I genereally do this to get PP Ups eailsy, but it can also be done to obtain the EXP Share or Master Ball (only if you are lucky enough to match all 5 digits)

If you are at Pre-re for HP set, and I manage to go as well, I will gladly give you an extra EXP Share, I have a ton of them (between 20 & 30 at least) in exchange for a Pokemon with your Trainer ID #. I collect them, and have well over 120 different trainer ID #'s (which is how I got so many EXP shares to begin with)

A good tip to avoid problems like this is to "transfer" Pokemon and Items from one version into another if you have multiple versions. Its very easy to do with Pokemon box but simply possible as long as you have two game boys, two Pokemon games, and one GBA link cable. I myself have seven EXP. SHAREs from multiple games by making I send all Pokemon and Items from an inactive version to an active one.

It's his own made-up Pokemon (that should be made).

Exactly......

I'm actually considering reviving the second story line I started up years ago... Mitch and Spectrum (the Spectreon) travel to the US and hit all the Gyms there (here). I got a lot of the details worked out, but never found the time to finish writing it.

And btw Spotter, my offer still stands if you need one the next time I head out there...
