Hi, I just started playing recently and I have a question about expert belt. How many are you allowed to attach to one pokemon at a time? I thought it was just one but my friend says he can attach as many as he wants. Thanks!

Your friend needs to read the card. Especially the bit that says
'Attach Expert Belt to 1 of your Pokemon that doesn't already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it'
So, if a Pokemon already has one Belt on it . . .
'Attach Expert Belt to 1 of your Pokemon that doesn't already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it'
