Fainting Spell + Focus Band ?

Hi, I have some questions what will happen if I'll attach Focus Band to my Gengar SF and it will be KOed via opponents dmg (not put, regular dmg) attack.

Can I make first flip on Fainting Spell and than on Focus Band ? If FS flip will be head I normally take prize for KO via it and if FB flip will be also heads my Gengar will have 10 HP left and my opponent dont take prize card ? Is it right or stacking in this example is another ?

This would be a case of simultaneous effects being triggered at the same time.

So you would get to choose which order to do them in.
