Feedback on the Elite Trainer Box

My ideal box? Kinda similar to the one already out there...

Quality card box that can hold 4 sleeved decks in deck boxes side-by-side.
5-10 of each energy
6 booster packs
Strategy Booklet
Premium Item
plastic status counters

That Premium Item can rotate between the following items for each set...
Dice set (2 coin flippers, 12 damage counters)
65 pack of tournament quality sleeves
high quality faux-leather deckbox
Something else necessary for game

This makes the box both a quality purchase item AND a suitable replacement for the Prereleases.

Sleeves are the number one thing I'd personally like to see. It would also be cool if the elite trainer box were part of prizes for events. Maybe make it a prize at cities instead of the half-box?
